You are very cynical about the reasons that the United States entered the war against the south end created the emancipation proclamation . I know that there were various reasons for both, but they were mini very dedicated abolitionist in the north. Just as they were many strong slave owners in the south. And the Civil War represented the battle between them. As for the current succession, as long as we get most of the west, and most of the north east, I don’t have a problem with it.
