This is so very true my husband and I that we weren’t married then hitchhike through Europe all the way to our island in Greece and then walked up through Yugoslavia because they were too many hitchhikers at the border. We slept on hotel rooftops for a dollar a night with her backpack. Nothing fancy. How glad I am to have had that experience and many more traveling because airports planes none of it’s fun anymore.
