I’ve always been attracted to European cities an lifestyles and was lucky enough to live a year in France and a year in Italy. Both countries I love. Yet I’m American in mentality. Last night we were watching British film ATONEMENT and changed the channel to watch American flick GIFTED. The former is a far more sophisticated movie but I didn’t want to see how two lives or more could be fatally ruined. I wanted to enjoy an upbeat uplifting entertaining story that wouldn’t unsettle me. That’s because no matter where I live or how I fix my coffee I’m American!!😒
